Five permanent exhibitions of Gödöllő City Museum can be visited in the renovated monument building of Hamvay mansion:
1. "Gödöllő, the open city"
History of the settlement from the ancient times till 1966 when Gödöllő was granted the privileges of a town. Today in two rooms decorated with 17th and 18th century frescoes.
2. "Colony of Art Nouveau artists in Gödöllő (1901-1920)"
Exhibition of the fine and applied arts representing the art activity of the Gödöllő school (artists Aladár Körösfői-Kriesch, Sándor Nagy, Jenő Remsey)
3. Collection of Zoltán Mihály Csupor
Relics and the most valuable works of cultural history devised to Gödöllő by the parson of Tordas.
4. "Living nature"
Exhibition of natural history and history hunting, introducing the flora and fauna of Gödöllő hills on slides.
5. "The world of Oceania."
Collection of Ferenc Ignácz.
The most valuable pieces of the exotic private collection collected in the islands of Oceania, primarily in Papua New-Guinea by Ferenc Ignácz (born in Gödöllő), research worker of the Australian Museum in Sydney, and donated to his city of birth.
