The open-air collection of ethnography, which was awarded the Europe Nostra prize in 1982, is situated in Zselic region, 8 km from Kaposvár, in the centre of the village of Szenna. The village museum was established around the Calvinist church built in folk baroque style, which is the single monument of county Somogy, where you can see a painted coffered ceiling that has been preserved by now. The museum presents the 19th century folk arcitectural traditions and the interior designs of county Somogy.
