Small village with 150 inhabitants in the East-Mecsek. The settlement from the Angevin period was inhabited by Slavs, it was mentioned in documents by the name of Welkeny. A nice relic of the industry of the village in the valley of the Völgység brook is the oldest water mill of the county, which is a listed monument. The natural values are ideal for village tourism. The Endrődi Riding Farm also awaits visitors. Carriage driving competition is organized each year.
