Village with 1,827 inhabitants 6 km south of Záhony. In 1838 a tower was added to the late Gothic Calvinist church. A cemetery of the age of ArpádŚs conquest of Hungary was excavated in the region, where the sabretache plate decorated with cross and peacock-dragon, now owned by the Hungarian National Museum, was found.
