Large village with 2,700 inhabitants, in the valley of the brook Szent László, in the northern vicinity of Tatabánya, 9 km from it. The Roman Catholic church was built according to Jakab Fellner's plans in Louis XVI style. The Calvinist church is in baroque style from the 1790s as well as the statue of the Holy Trinity in Rákóczi Street. Interesting sights are the round cellars. It is a significant settlement of German-speaking people, a music festival is held at Whitsun. Cave Peskő, Őrhegy and a fishing pond are good places for relaxation. The centre of hunting in the neighbourhood is the hunting lodge of Tornyó.
