The small village of 84 inhabitants is situated south-west of Marcali, at the border of county Zala. It is separated from Nemesvid by the forest of Gödör-berek, the typical tree of which is the oak. In the thick forest you can find blankets of valley lilies in spring. The cyclamen, the typical flower of the hills, grows here, too. In the forest you can find big game such as fallow deers, deers, roe-deers, boars, but you can also find foxes, polecats and weasels here. Owing to hunting possibilities 10 out of 50 houses are owned by foreigners. Accommodation is provided for visitors in the hunters' house.
