Town with 2,600 inhabitants at the northeastern foot of the Mátra Mountains next to road No. 23. The Keglevich mansion is a Baroque edifice with mansard roof from 1760. The Catholic church is the first romantic building with touches of Gothic style in Hungary built according to the plans by Ferenc Povolni from 1812 to 1817. The costs of the construction had been covered by count Károly Keglevich.
