in Pereszteg:  

A village of 1,387 inhabitants next to Nagycenk (road No. 85). It was first mentioned in records in 1274 under the name Perezteg. The Roman Catholic Church built in honour of St. Nicholas was first mentioned in a document in 1327. The group of statues of St. John of Nepomuk, St. Florian and St. Donat was erected in the 1770s and it was renewed by the local council in 1991. At the border of the village you can find a Baroque Way of the Cross.
