Village with 2,406 inhabitants in the southern part of the Mezőföld region (road No. 64). The memorial room furnished in commemoration of László Németh in the house of the great writer's grandparents, is worth visiting. László Németh Days are held from 18 April on the anniversary of the writer's birth. There is a riding school in the village offering a wide range of programmes for the visitors upon preliminary booking. On the first Sunday of October a coach-driving competition is held.
