The town of 30,500 inhabitants is the gate of the Danube-bend, 15 km from Budapest, in the Pest plain. In spite of the small number of places of interests and monuments here, it attracts many visitors from the capital and other places, as it is near the capital and is situated on the bank of the Danube. Its peaceful and quiet environment also make it an attractive place. The camping site and the pensions are full of visitors in summers.
