The village is situated right next to the border, 4 km from Sopron, surrounded by Loipersbach and Schattendorf in Austria. As it is situated in the border zone, it became a dead-end settlement, it is connected only to the road leading to Sopron. It is a beautifully located settlement with a harmonious landscape and forests, brooks, peace, clean air and sub-alpine climate. Apart from the natural values, it has a favourable infrastructure.
